What's included in the trip charge?
Diagnosis on-site and the first hour of labor. If the fix takes the first hour, that's the only line item.
Do you actually pick up at 2 AM?
Yes. A real dispatcher answers every shift. If the line goes to voicemail, leave a message and we call back within fifteen minutes.
Is the quote really the price?
Yes. If the tech finds something on-site that would change the scope, they tell you before any work happens and write a new quote you can accept or decline.
Can you handle a multi-trade renovation?
