Each pattern below is rendered in the Master Craftsmen design language — real product photography, Oswald + Open Sans typography, brand-blue accent. Patterns map to the universal SECTION-PATTERNS.md field contract; the visual rendering is unique to this design system.
announcement-bar
Slim strip above main nav. One sentence + optional CTA. Used for time-sensitive moments — spring rebate event, showroom Saturdays, holiday-week schedule changes.
nav
Primary site navigation. Logo on the left, text-only links + a primary CTA on the right. On scroll, transparent over hero fills with white background.
hero-photo-led
Top-of-homepage. Editorial Marvin product photography behind a short uppercase Oswald headline + lede + two CTAs. Bottom-up scrim ensures text legibility over light photography.
Authorized Infinity by Marvin and Milgard certified dealer. Family-owned, fully licensed, the same crew on every job.
hero-centered
Typography-only hero. No photo. Used on the quote/contact page and other lead-gen landings where typography + a clear ask is more important than another product shot.
A licensed estimator at your house, real measurements, exact-window pricing in writing within 48 hours.
Get Startedintro-statement
Single editorial paragraph block. Often follows hero. Sets tone with one confident statement — in MC's voice, that means quantified honesty about the climate, the products, or the trade.
The Vegas climate is hard on windows. Single-pane glass loses 25 to 30 percent of your cooling load — that's a $200 to $400 bump on a typical August power bill. We replace it with Marvin Infinity fiberglass or Milgard's tuscany vinyl line, drop the loss to 8–12 percent, and the job pays for itself in 7–9 years on the average Vegas home.
service-times → install-timeline
Reframed for home-services. Originally a worship schedule for churches; here it becomes the step-by-step project timeline a homeowner sees from first call to final clean-up. Same field contract: day/time + description.
ministries-grid → product-lines-grid
Reframed for home-services. Originally church ministries; here it becomes the secondary product-lines listing — window types, door categories, or service offerings as a card grid below the hero product cards.
Marvin Infinity. Lifetime frame warranty, 11 colors, lowest expansion in our climate.
Milgard tuscany. Full lifetime warranty, the value-tier full-house package.
Marvin Ultimate. Wood interior, fiberglass exterior. Custom-home pick.
Western Window. Slim-frame thermally-broken. Modern architecture pick.
Therma-Tru fiberglass and steel. Single biggest curb-appeal upgrade per dollar.
Marvin Modern. Up to 30 ft wide pocket-slide. The Vegas back-wall remodel.
Western Window. 3 to 10 panels folding flat. Up to 24 ft wide.
Marvin Modern. The architectural front door for modern custom homes.
Dedicated finish crew on every install. Color-match exterior, no patch lines.
events-list → projects-list
Reframed for home-services. Originally upcoming events; here it becomes a recent-projects feed showing real Vegas-area installs — date, project type, neighborhood, scope.
Summerlin custom home. Marvin Modern aluminum, 4-panel pocket. 11-day project.
Henderson 1990s tract home. Marvin Infinity fiberglass, all 14 openings, 3 days on-site.
Anthem custom build. Marvin Modern pivot, custom black finish, paired with full-house Marvin Infinity.
Henderson lakefront. Western Window aluminum, 24 ft wide, 6-day install.
Spring Valley remodel. Milgard tuscany vinyl, fiberglass entry with side-lites.
staff-profile → installer-profile
Reframed for home-services. Originally a pastor bio; here it becomes the lead-installer profile — the actual crew foreman with NSCB license, manufacturer certifications, and years on the team.
Carlos has run window-and-door installs for Master Craftsmen since 2011. He grew up framing in Bakersfield, came to Vegas in 2008, and holds a Marvin certification on every product line we sell. If your project is over six windows, he is the foreman on-site — same crew, every time. We don't subcontract.
staff-grid
The full team grid — ownership, install foremen, estimators, showroom staff. For an "About" page or "Meet the Team" landing.
Owner · Founder, 2004
Lead Foreman · NSCB #58740
Senior Estimator
Showroom Manager
story-prose
Long-form founding-story narrative for an About page. Two to six paragraphs, optional pull-quote that highlights one line.
Master Craftsmen Inc. was founded in 2004 by Tom Rivera, a third-generation tradesman who'd spent the previous decade running window installs for a national franchise — long enough to know that the franchise model in this trade puts up a barrier between the homeowner and the people doing the actual work. Tom wanted to fix that.
The original crew was four men working out of a 600-square-foot warehouse on the south side of town. The first install was a 12-window job in a Spring Valley tract home. The first manufacturer relationship was with Milgard, picked up in 2005. The first Marvin certification came in 2008. The first multi-slide door went in on a Henderson custom home in 2012.
Today the company runs out of a 5,000+ sq ft showroom on Dean Martin Dr, with an 8-person install team, three estimators, and showroom staff. We hold manufacturer certifications on Marvin Infinity, Marvin Modern, Marvin Ultimate, Milgard tuscany, Therma-Tru, and Western Window. We are the rare Vegas-area dealer with both the Marvin and Milgard certified-dealer seals on the wall.
What hasn't changed since 2004: same family, same crew, same trade. We measure every opening, we don't subcontract install work, and every job is led by a foreman who has been on this team for at least a decade. The trade is craft. We treat it that way.
beliefs-list → distinctives-list
Reframed for home-services. Originally doctrinal distinctives; here it becomes the "what makes us different" list — the trade-craft commitments that distinguish a real installer from a franchise-model crew.
Every install is run by a crew on our W-2 payroll. The foreman you meet at the estimate is the foreman on-site — same crew, every job.
We hold authorized-dealer status with Marvin, Milgard, Therma-Tru, and Western Window. Every product line we sell is one we've earned the certification on.
Every install includes our dedicated stucco crew. Color-match the existing wall, blend the patch, no visible install lines.
The in-home estimate produces a written, opening-by-opening quote within 48 hours. No salesperson "let me check with my manager" tactics.
Manufacturer warranties cover the windows. We add our own 10-year warranty on the install — if it's something we did, we own it for a decade.
We don't travel outside Clark County. By design — so we can keep crews close and respond fast on warranty work.
cta-band
Full-width call-to-action band between sections. Once per page max. The dark navy gives it weight; the white primary CTA puts the action above everything else.
A licensed estimator at your house, real measurements, exact-window pricing in writing within 48 hours.
ways-to-give → financing-options
Reframed for home-services. Originally donation methods; here it becomes the "how to pay for the project" panel — financing partners (Synchrony, GreenSky), cash discounts, terms.
12-, 36-, 60-, and 84-month terms with promotional 0% APR periods on qualifying purchases.
Same-day approval, 12 to 144 month terms. Used GreenSky on Vegas projects since 2016.
Pay in full at scheduling, get 5% off the total. Check, ACH, or wire transfer.
closing-block
Final editorial moment before footer — reassurance + the phone number. The directive close that says "if anything we've shown you raises a question, just call."
Most of our jobs start with a conversation, not a form submission. If you have something specific you're trying to figure out, the fastest path is the phone.
footer
Site-wide footer. Brand stack on the left, three nav columns, copyright + license # bar at the bottom. Always carry the NSCB license # in the legal bar — trust signal in the contractor world.
Authorized Infinity by Marvin and Milgard certified dealer. Family-owned since 2004. Licensed (NSCB #58740, #68202), bonded, and insured.
image-right-text-left
Two-column row — text on left, image on right. The most common editorial layout. Pair with the flip variant for visual rhythm.
The crew you meet at the estimate is the crew that pulls your old windows and sets the new ones. That's an unusual statement in the contractor world, and it's the whole point: we don't farm work out, we don't hire day labor, and we don't rotate crews mid-project.
Every install is led by a Marvin- and Milgard-certified foreman. Same person, day one through final walk.
image-left-text-right
Flipped variant of the above. Identical fields, opposite layout. Used to alternate visual rhythm in mid-page editorial sections.
Vegas is a stucco-on-block town. Most window installs ship with a contractor who'll pull the old window and patch the stucco poorly — you can spot a bad install from across the street.
We carry a dedicated stucco-finish crew. Color-match the existing exterior, blend the patch, finish the wall so the new window looks original.

three-card
Three equal cards in a row. The canonical "value props" section. Each card carries an icon, title, and short description.
Marvin Infinity and Milgard certified dealer. Manufacturer-trained, certified, and verified.

accordion-v1 (list-style)
Collapsible content list — full-width rows with hairline dividers. Single-open mode by default. Vanilla JS via ../sections-blocks.js.
Single-pane is what most pre-1990 Vegas homes have. Loses 25–40% of cooling load. We don't sell single-pane — we replace it.
Standard on every package we sell. Two panes of glass with a Low-E coating that reflects infrared radiation. Argon-fill standard. The right answer for 90% of Vegas residential projects.
Three panes, two Low-E coatings, krypton-fill. Used on north-facing walls in custom homes where every BTU matters. 30–40% upcharge over dual-pane.
Laminated glass for hurricane and security. Required by code in some Vegas-area developments. Available on every product line we sell.
Asymmetric pane thickness with a laminated layer. Drops decibel level by 6–10 dB. Used near the airport flight path or busy streets.
accordion-v2 (card-style)
Collapsible cards — each item in its own bordered card with hover lift. More visual weight per item; for shorter lists where each one carries more weight.
Two visits before manufacturing — the first to spec the materials and pricing, the second to take exact opening dimensions for the build. We don't rely on the original-builder drawings.
Existing window out, new window in, stucco finish, interior trim restored, screen installed, hardware tested. Full crew on-site each day, no day-labor.
Dedicated stucco crew patches every opening exterior. Color-match the existing wall texture and tone. No visible install line on the finished wall.
Floors protected with Ram Board. Daily vacuum and pickup. Old windows hauled to recycling. Site is left cleaner than we found it.
tab-section-v1 (horizontal)
Horizontal tabs across the top, content panels below. JS swaps active tab + panel. Used for "by audience" content (homeowner / contractor / architect).
Most of our work is direct-to-homeowner residential replacement. We handle measure, spec, manufacture, install, finish, warranty — end-to-end. Best fit when you own the house and want one company accountable for the entire project.
We work with general contractors on major remodels and Summerlin custom builds. You handle the broader project; we handle the windows-and-doors scope. We carry the manufacturer relationships, the install warranty, and the dedicated install crew.
For architects and designers specifying a project, we'll consult on Marvin Infinity, Marvin Modern, and Marvin Ultimate options — what works for the climate, what's available in custom dimensions, lead time on each line. No charge for spec consultation.
tab-section-v2 (vertical)
Vertical tabs on the left, content panel on the right. Used for long-form content where each tab is an extended section — programs, product-line deep dives.
The premium tier. Fiberglass has the lowest expansion coefficient of any frame material we sell — the right answer for west- and south-facing walls in Vegas heat. Lifetime frame warranty, 20-year glass warranty, 11 exterior color choices.
Best fit: full-house replacement where you want it done once and not again. Premium custom homes. Anywhere the climate exposure is severe.
The strongest value play. Excellent thermal performance, moderate price, full lifetime warranty including parts and labor. Standard Low-E and argon. White or beige frame.
Best fit: full-house replacement where budget matters. Tract-home remodels. The right pick when 90% of the performance gain is achievable at 70% of the cost.
Wood interior, fiberglass or aluminum exterior. The look of a high-end remodel from the inside, the durability of a synthetic exterior. Stainable or pre-finished interior.
Best fit: Summerlin custom homes, Anthem builds, Henderson lakefront properties. Anywhere interior aesthetics matter and the homeowner is willing to pay for finished wood.
Slim frames (1 1/8″), large glass. Thermally-broken construction is required at our climate. Powder-coated finish, 50+ colors. Best for modern architecture where the window itself is supposed to disappear into the wall.
Best fit: contemporary custom homes. Pivot-door entries. Bifold patio walls.
slider-v1 (image gallery)
Image carousel with arrow nav + dot indicators. JS via ../sections-blocks.js. Used for project galleries, recent installs, before/after.
slider-v2 (testimonial)
Quote/testimonial carousel. Dot indicators only (no arrows for cleaner editorial feel). 5-star row + name + neighborhood/project type.
The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, pulled out 14 windows in two days, and our August power bill dropped by $180.
Got three quotes. Master Craftsmen wasn't the cheapest, but the only one that actually walked me through the differences instead of just selling the cheapest tier.
Replaced the entire west-facing wall of windows. The crew protected every floor, vacuumed every day, and the project came in on the day they promised.
.sig-product-line-card
Master Craftsmen's signature treatment for the Windows / Doors split. Full-bleed editorial product photography with a centered Marvin or Milgard logomark overlay, Oswald 700 H3, primary-blue CTA. Two-up grid on desktop, stacked on mobile.
Every product line carries a manufacturer certification. We carry the manufacturer warranty on the glass, the installation warranty on our work, and the same family-run crew on every job.

Fiberglass, vinyl, wood-clad, and aluminum lines — engineered for Vegas heat, with Low-E coatings and a 25 percent average drop in cooling load.
