Playfair Display over Manrope, navy ink on warm off-white, one gold band and a giant brand word ghosted at three percent behind every section. A quiet luxury system for high-end remodelers, extracted section by section from a working Arizona design-build site.
No clip-path, no mask, no gradient anywhere in the brand CSS. The device is a single word set in Playfair Display at eighteen percent of the viewport width, in the navy ink at three percent opacity, parallaxed behind the section. It appears 55 times across all 20 source pages, plus a twelve percent version of the brand name lying along the footer floor.
The whole painted area of #d4af37 on the source is one 1440 by 85 pixel claim band. It measures 2.10:1 on white, so here it paints the band, the corner brackets, the offset hero frame and every hairline, and a luminance-deepened sibling at 4.77:1 carries any gold-coloured text.
The source ends every h2 in a gold italic word. It is the most recognisable move on the site and it is also the number one AI tell, so it is stripped here and nothing is registered as an accent exception. The system reads quieter than its source. That is the trade, made deliberately.
A 45 pixel gold-outlined circle wraps the first word of a section label, with the rest running in eleven pixel caps at six pixels of tracking. Twenty-eight instances across sixteen pages makes it page grammar rather than decoration, so it survives as .sec-label with no dash, no stripe and no mono rule.
Both are the source's own faces, self-hosted under the SIL Open Font License, so nothing was swapped and no display metrics were re-tuned. The source also names Cormorant Garamond at 64 pixels on its mobile menu with no font file anywhere, so that menu silently falls back to a generic serif. The bug is not reproduced.
The source media library mixes stock re-uploaded as project work, Wix-era migrated files and a named commercial photographer's images, and the review widget names real private individuals. Every image and every review here is a labelled slot, so the geometry is real and the content is honestly empty.
