The right window for the right wall.

Window choice in the desert is not a single decision — it's four. South-facing walls take 6+ hours of direct sun and need different glass than the north side. The frame material has to hold up under 110-degree summer expansion. The installation method has to handle stucco-on-block construction without leaks. Every Vegas home gets a custom mix.

We carry four window lines covering every price tier — from premium fiberglass (Marvin Infinity) to value vinyl (Milgard tuscany) — and we'll specify the right material and glass package for each opening on your house. No upselling. No "premium tier or nothing." The right answer for every window.

Material lines

Four ways to do replacement windows.

Each material has a place. Fiberglass for the long-haul, vinyl for the value play, wood-clad for the architectural homes, aluminum for the slim-frame moderns.

Energy efficiency

Vegas summers cost real money.

Single-pane glass and 1990s aluminum frames lose between 25 and 40 percent of your cooling load through the windows alone. The math on a typical Vegas home pencils out fast: a 14-window replacement pays for itself in 7–9 years on energy savings alone, and it stops the relentless interior heat bleed in west-facing rooms by August.

The install

Same crew, every job. We don't subcontract.

The crew you meet at the estimate is the crew that pulls your old windows and sets the new ones. That's an unusual statement in the contractor world, and it's the whole point: we don't farm work out, we don't hire day labor, and we don't rotate crews mid-project.

Every install is led by a Marvin- and Milgard-certified foreman. The lead foreman walks the project on day one, day two, and day final — same person, same standards, every time.

Stucco-finish installation

A clean exterior wall, every time.

Vegas is a stucco-on-block town. Most window installs ship with a contractor who'll pull the old window and patch the stucco poorly — you can spot a bad install from across the street.

We carry a dedicated stucco-finish crew. Color-match the existing exterior, blend the patch, and finish the wall so the new window looks original to the house. It is not standard in the industry. It is standard for us.

Customize the package

Eight options to dial in.

Every project we run gets specified at the opening level — not the house level. These are the eight choices we walk you through at the in-home estimate.

Glass package

Single, dual, or triple pane. Low-E hard-coat, soft-coat, or third-surface. Argon, krypton, or air fill.

Frame color

Eleven exterior colors on Marvin Infinity, two on Milgard, fifty-plus on Western Window aluminum.

Grid pattern

Colonial, prairie, custom GBG (grilles between the glass) or SDL (simulated divided lite).

Operating style

Casement, double-hung, picture, sliding, awning, garden, bay, or bow.

Hardware

Multi-point lock, finger lock, custom hardware finish to match interior trim.

Screen type

Standard insect, solar (cuts 70% UV), retractable, or none.

Trim

Stucco-finish, brick mould, foam exterior trim, or flush.

Energy add-ons

UV-blocking film, security laminate, sound-attenuation glass, impact-rated for hurricane zones.

FAQ

Window questions, answered.

How much do new windows save on a Vegas power bill?
On a typical 1,800–2,400 sq ft Vegas home with single-pane or 1990s aluminum frames, a full replacement to Marvin Infinity fiberglass with Low-E and argon drops the August power bill by $180–$320. North-facing rooms drop less; west-facing rooms drop dramatically (often 15–20 degrees of interior temp swing alone). Payback on the package is typically 7–9 years on the average home.
What's the install timeline?
Order-to-install is typically 6–10 weeks — the windows are built to your exact opening dimensions, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. The actual install on your home is usually 1–3 days for a typical 12–16 window project. We pull, measure, build, deliver, install, finish stucco, and clean up. You're back in the house every night.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with Synchrony Home and GreenSky for 12-, 36-, 60-, and 84-month options including 0% interest promotional periods on qualifying purchases. We also accept a 5% cash discount for projects paid in full at scheduling. The financing options are presented at the estimate — no separate application required to get a quote.
What's the warranty?
Marvin Infinity carries a lifetime non-prorated warranty on the frame and a 20-year warranty on the glass and seals. Milgard's tuscany line carries a full lifetime warranty including parts and labor. We add our own 10-year installation warranty — if it's something we did, we own it for a decade. We do not subcontract install warranty work to the manufacturer.
What's your service area?
Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Spring Valley, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, Paradise, and Enterprise. We don't travel outside Clark County — that's by design, so we can keep crews close and respond fast on warranty work. If you're outside that radius, we can refer you to a Marvin or Milgard dealer in your area.
What are your showroom hours?
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm. Closed Sundays. The showroom is at 7850 Dean Martin Dr, Suite 502 — we have full-size demos of every product line on the floor, including operating samples of multi-slide and pivot doors. No appointment required during business hours.
