Entry, patio multi-slide, bifold, and pivot doors. From a 36-inch fiberglass front door to a 30-foot pocket-slide opening up to the back yard. Marvin, Milgard, ThermaTru, Weather Shield.
Windows are systems. Doors are statements. The difference between a builder-grade front door and a pivot door is the same as the difference between flat carpet and oak floors — one is invisible, the other defines the room.
We carry four door categories covering every entry and exterior opening on a Vegas home: front doors, patio multi-slide, bifold, and pivot. Each category sits with one or two manufacturers we've held certifications on for over a decade. The right door is a function of the architecture, the climate, and the budget — we'll walk you through the trade-offs.

Every door type for a Vegas home.

Entry doors
Steel and fiberglass entry doors. The single biggest curb-appeal upgrade per dollar — a new front door is $2,800–$6,500 installed and changes the front of the house entirely.
Three-panel, four-panel, or pocket-slide. Up to 30 feet wide. The single most-requested door for backyard remodels in Summerlin and Henderson — the wall opens, the indoor and outdoor become one room.
Folding-glass walls. Three to ten panels that fold flat to one side, opening the entire wall. The right pick when you want the dramatic full-open moment without the depth required for a pocket-slide.
The architectural front door. A 4-foot-wide single panel that swings on a center pivot instead of a side hinge — the look that says "modern custom home" before anyone walks through it.
Open the back wall. Add 800 sq ft of useable space.
The most common Vegas remodel we run is the back-wall patio multi-slide install. The existing wall has a single 6-foot French slider; we replace it with a 16- or 20-foot multi-slide that pockets into the wall. The covered patio outside becomes a continuation of the great room.
Total project: 5 to 8 weeks order-to-install, $18K–$32K depending on width and material. Adds an estimated 3–5% to the home's appraised value in most Vegas-area zip codes.

Customization
Your door, your specs.
Six categories of customization on every door we install — from frame finish to hardware, glass package to threshold.
Frame finish
11 exterior colors on Marvin, custom powder-coat on aluminum. Stainable wood interiors. Matched to your existing trim.
Glass package
Low-E hard- or soft-coat. Argon, krypton, or air fill. Tinted, frosted, textured, or clear. Impact-rated optional.
Hardware
Multi-point locks, magnetic locks, smart locks (Yale, August, Schlage). Six finish options on every set.
Threshold
Flush, ADA-compliant, oak, aluminum. Critical for the patio multi-slide — the threshold is what fails first if it's spec'd wrong.
Screen
Retractable insect screen, manual roll-down, or none. Required by Vegas code on certain operating styles.
Trim & finish
Stucco-finish exterior crew on every install. Color-match the existing wall. Brick mould, foam exterior, or flush trim.
The pivot moment
A pivot door changes the front of the house.
Pivot doors are the architectural front door of the moment — for good reason. A 4- or 5-foot-wide single panel that swings on a center pivot has a presence no hinge-side door can match. We've installed pivots on Anthem custom homes, Summerlin estates, and a handful of Henderson contemporary builds.
Pivot is not for every house. The opening has to be right; the structure has to support the weight; the threshold has to handle the geometry. We'll tell you on the in-home estimate whether your house is a candidate.
Walk us through the project at your house. We'll measure the openings, talk about which door type fits the architecture, and write you exact pricing within 48 hours.
